ERP Specialist

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Job Brief:
The ERP Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
The role assesses business requirements, configures and integrates ERP solutions with existing systems, supports users, and ensures reliable, secure, and cost-effective system performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes to the ERP system.
• Provide functional and technical support for business system.
• Monitor and support the integration between the ERP system and Sales Mobility Solution.
• Provide end-user support, training, and technical troubleshooting for business system.
• Prepare and mainta
in ERP operating manuals, procedures, and system documentation.
• Use Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis, queries, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Monitor business applications performance, reliability, security, availability, logs, and data backup.
• Support unit and integration testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Manage and support Sales Team with all functions related to the Sales Force Automation (SFA) & Handheld Support.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in ERP systems, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ERP development tools, system integration, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
