Now Hiring | Premium Guest Experience Team Leader / Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader / Supervisor to join our team supporting a premium account.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and support a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor team performance against quality, productivity, and customer experience standards.
• Handle escalated and complex customer interactions professionally and effectively.
• Support agents in managing demanding and high-value guests with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve service quality and performance.
• Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders
• Take ownership of customer and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
🔹 Requirements
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre / Call Centre, preferably in a voice-based customer service role.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Fluent Arabic with strong spoken English (C1 level).
• Excellent communication, listening, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and demanding or high-value customers confidently.
• Experience in premium customer service is highly preferred.
• Experience in airlines, hospitality, banking, luxury services, or similar customer-facing environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support operational requirements.
