𝐊𝐀𝐘𝐀 𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐋 𝐈𝐒 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆
We are looking for an experienced 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our team at Kaya Amman Hotel.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting , Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Night Audit within the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel Front Office operations and night audit procedures.
• Good understanding of hotel accounting, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Good command of English.
• Able to join in short notice or immediately.
  𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Perform daily night audit and hotel system closing procedures.
• Review and verify guest accounts, financial transactions, and daily revenues.
• Reconcile revenue records and prepare daily financial and operational reports.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly posted and balanced.
• Handle front desk operations and guest requests during the night shift.
• Prepare shift handover reports and communicate important operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Accounting departments regarding any discrepancies or operational issues.
