CRM and Business Analyst Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department for a one year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Monitoring systems’ and applications’ performance and ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of systems, as well as analyzing deployed products and subsequently reporting developmental areas to improve functionality of systems.
Modifying, implementing and proposing a finalized design of Relational Database Management (RDBM) systems within the company, as well as troubleshooting problems that may arise and recommending on suitable corrective and preventive action in that regard.
Ensuring consistency of design elements and interactive behaviors within the integration middleware and across entire projects.
Knowledge in OO programming and methodologies.
Knowledge in react technology and other UI/UX technique.
Managing the archiving, documentation and reporting processes to ensure proper utilization of the systems in line with function’s requirements and overall business objectives.
.Net programming knowledge is a plus
