PPS Operation Manager

Responsibilities

1. Mobile business product design, traffic introduction, performance data analysis and strategy optimization.

2. Through the design and optimization of strategies and mechanisms, improve user experience, improve customer’s delivery effect, and improve product revenue.

3. Realize data mining, experiment and analysis through data analysis to verify product effect

4. Carry out the management of the commercial products, and promote the related work of the product, design, operation, business and other related teams and cooperation departments to complete the relevant work on time and promote the achievement of business goals.

5. Enable products to maximize their effectiveness within the system and generate scalable revenue.

Qualifications:

1. Have a deep understanding of commercial products/advertising products/CPC/CPA/CPS, propose optimization solutions, and innovate existing business models.

2. Accurate understanding of customer needs and generalization of their ability to product, strong executive and cross-departmental communication, and rapid integration into the team.

3. Proficient in the RTB advertising process, understand the status and dynamics of DSP companies and advertising industry in the MENA region, and have their own precipitation for the development trend of the Internet advertising industry.

Skill requirements:

1. Strong adaptability, learning ability, stress resistance and cross-team communication skills

2. Sensitive to data, expert in data analysis experience and ability

3. Familiar with related tools, including Mind manager, office software, etc.
