Main Responsibilities:
1. Initiate/follow up requested deviations for production and packaging departments which include, Reviewing records, Interview employees and Collecting data.
2.Follow-up on internal and external audits findings for production and packaging departments.
3.Initiate/follow up and prepare required documents to production and packaging departments related to routine:
a)Update expired documents or near expired and Perform required updating.
b)Issue and/or update related BMR/BPR.
c)Prepared required new documents related to any new machines or projects inside plants.
4.Handel training program for production and packaging employees which include :
a)Training matrix.
b)New/ current hiring employee training.
c)Issue training courses.
d)Perform required quality circle related to Deviation.
5.Initiate and follow up change control related to production and packaging plants.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
- From 2-4 years of experience in in similar field.
- Excellent English Command
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and experience in managing Root Cause Analysis / Non-Conformance /Deviation investigations.
- Experience collaborating with dynamic cross-functional teams.
- Strong soft skills; time management, problem solving, teamwork, communication etc.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to an evolving environment.
