Associate Product Operations

Job Description:
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Help product leaders in maintaining product backlog.
- Working with product team to resolve obstacles and impediments.
- Streamlining communication between the product teams and other teams in the organization
- Oversee product quality assurance and identifying product improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical product support.
- Coordinate product related initiatives including the new product introduction process. Foster an environment of collaboration, partnership, customer focus, quality, excellence, urgency, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Optional previous working experience for a maximum of 1-2 years
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, BIS or related fields
- Excellent organisation and outstanding communication skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skill
