What You’ll Do
- Generate payment processing files for our delivery partners, along with any ad hoc adjustments in a timely manner
- Responsible for the recording of invoices in the accounting system and prepare payment summaries
- Support teams in creating and verifying Partner invoices and Tax invoices
- Resolve daily Merchant related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Verify Merchant accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Support in monthly closing activities, include but not limited to bank reconciliation and month end managing balances
- Proactively engage and collaborate with local & regional teams to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
- Liaise with different stakeholders for any issues relating to AP matters. Involved in continuous improvement of the end-to-end accounts payable process
- Participate in further improvement and optimization of processes
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 1-2 years’ of relevant experience
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
- Proficient in Excel
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environments is a plus
- Knowledge in Oracle accounting software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
