- Running RFXs for all assigned categories (Direct & Indirect)
- Enforce Procurement Policy and get involved at early stages in scope of work definition and issue the RFX
- Manage the Procurement Process and the supply case efficiently and effectively
- Ensure that a business has a constant supply of materials or equipment.
- Work towards achieving targeted financial efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
- Process, validate & monitor requisitions from different departments.
- Source, Review, negotiate & procure materials & services.
- Manage & monitor procure to pay full cycle.
- Maintain inventory by review inventory levels, monitor records & plan for future orders.
- Maintain good vendors relationship and follow up on delivery and service level.
- Review outsourcing deals and contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
- Work closely with legal and functional team on drafting & review contracts terms and conditions.
- Handling Audit Points and Observations
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Industrial Engineer, Finance, Business administration, logistics, or any related field
- Certified CIPS is a plus
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
- Problem-Solving skills
- Sourcing & supplier management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skills
- Logistics and procurement experience
- Have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
- Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as MS Word & Excel.
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Very good command in English language
